Joe would have a wonderful career, which most will consider to be a 'one club' career.

That club was to be Swindon Town however, a team he played over 350 games for during a remarkable 11 year spell. During this time he would boast a League Cup winners medal and notable victories over Roma and Napoli in the Anglo-Italian Cup.

His spell at the Magpies, before this success, was oh so brief however. Playing just 4 games in total, losing three of those four games.
